Clr Charles Chen, founder of G’Day Neighbour, also took the stage to discuss the organization’s mission, which includes year-round cultural events, weekly community gatherings, and the publication of a local community handbook to encourage intercultural understanding.

A poignant moment during the event saw all participants tie orange ribbons—the official symbol of Harmony Day—around their wrists and raise them high in a collective show of solidarity for cultural inclusion and mutual respect.
