1. About Influencers2C
Influencers2C is a cross-cultural influencer marketing agency based in Australia. We specialise in connecting Australian and Korean brands with creators through strategic partnerships. Our core services include:

2. Brand & Influencer Collaboration
Onboarding & Campaign Execution
Brands must complete an onboarding consultation and agree to specific campaign briefs. Influencers2C matches creators to your goals and manages campaign delivery.
Content Guidelines
Influencers are required to create and publish content (e.g. posts, stories, videos) according to campaign specifications, timelines, and platforms as agreed.
Compensation
- Gifted Campaigns: Influencers receive agreed-upon products or services.
- Paid Campaigns: Brands must issue payment upon content completion, following invoicing. Payment is due within 7 days or as per the agreed terms.
Usage Rights
Brands are granted a non-exclusive license to use influencer content for marketing and social media. Commercial rights must be negotiated separately.
Exclusive Representation
Influencers represented by Influencers2C must redirect all direct brand inquiries to the agency.
Disclosure
All sponsored content must include appropriate disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) to comply with advertising regulations.
Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding campaign details and proprietary information.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party in the event of a breach of terms.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All campaign and service fees will be outlined in individual proposals. Delays in payment may impact project timelines. Additional costs (e.g., ad spend, paid promotions, talent licensing) will be billed separately, if applicable.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, and content created by Influencers2C remain the intellectual property of the Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Privacy & Data
We comply with Australian privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more.
6. Liability
Influencers2C is not liable for indirect losses or platform-related issues. Campaign results vary based on market conditions and engagement.
7. Website Use & Rights
Use our site lawfully. All content is owned by Influencers2C and protected by copyright. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Ads
We may display third-party ads (e.g., Google AdSense). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Users should refer to third-party policies.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
